Taxes down
*A LIE* - VAT up by 2.5%, council taxes up bay an average of 4% as well as
utilty bill rises of around the same. Prescription and hospital car parking
charges up in England (Scotland and Wales free), private house rents and
charges shooting up in the last 5 years.

Some tax reductions eh!
Post by Tim Streater
Unemployment down
*A LIE* - Done by the huge increase in zero hours jobs, excessive DWP
sanctions at the dole offices and other statistical fiddles - for which IDS
has had his wrists slapped.
Post by Tim Streater
Fuel prices down
*A LIE* - Worldwide oil glut dropped that and *NOT* Osborne - as for the
huge increases in utilitie bills...
Post by Tim Streater
Household bills down
*A LIE* - Most have increased, especially if you lump *ALL* the bills
together - rather than using the Osborne methods of *selective*
calculations,
Post by Tim Streater
Crime down
*A LIE* - All police foces say different to that
Post by Tim Streater
Deficit down
*A LIE* - The CONDems borrowed more in 5 years than ever Labour did in 13
years of power [1] with Cameron and Osborne having their wrists slapped for
fiddling the figures - *AND* Osborne lost this countries triple A credit
rating during his watch.

[1] And in fact, the defict actually dropped by 35% (IIRC) during
Labour's last tenure of office.

Voting *Labour* tomorrow.

Whilst a Labour government isn't perfect, at least they try to help the
general population (of around 65,000,000) rather 'stealing' money off them
to give to the minority population of millionaires (around 675,000).

BTW Tim, as you are a supporter of the lying (Tory) party, can you explain
why they deleted their last manifesto and a lot of other incriminating data
from their website about 18 months ago?

Could have been that they didn't want their lies to come back and bite their
collective arses?

I've become very delusioned by politicians, as have probably most people.
It's hard to trust any of them, that's why I think we need a new broom
and a fresh approach from UKIP to shake it all up and try a different
tack. Shirley they can do no worse.

Hang on a moment. I do not think for a minute that any of the possible
governments directly try to ruin the country. I just think that nobody can
control things outside their countries and if you think about it, the
electorate, ie us, always try to find a way around things. The gov then has
to use stealth taxes and the inhabitants are smart enough to see these a
mile away in a fog.
So how do you control the masses and keep them competitive. Answer, good
luck nobody manages it very often.

I believe White Spirit is correct! The open door policy was to bring in
untold immigrants who would then vote Labour.

In addition to voting Labour, the intention was to change the culture
away from 'Conservative' culture and render Nationalism obsolete -
basically a means of attacking opposition for Labour while providing
themselves with a client base.

Yes! They made that quite clear. Multiculturism they call it:( Talking

Such people form part of the dependent clientele, whom they help a bit
so they vote Labour out of gratitude, and bugger the longer term effect
on the country.

This has nothing to do with the deficit - bequeathed to Osborne by Liam
"There's no money left" Byrne - being reduced. This deficit was so
large that it is no surprise that the aggregated borrowing - known as
the National Debt - went up.

It depends on the numbers. I live in what is currently a Lib Dem
stronghold. If it were Labour or Tory then I could see a potential
shift but UKIP have absolutely no presence here. What you're saying is
right in principle but based on what I know of the people here, there
would not be enough support for UKIP even if there were no tactical voting.
