I think many have only just found it also. The current posts are there
because a person in a DIY group in the UK was a bit fed up of all the off
topic posts there, and suggested as nobody seemed to be using this one, they
might like to go there, which is of course here!
The fact is though, its hard to make leopards change their spots and I've
only counted two names I know here thus far. I suspect this is because the
main culprits of the off topic posts in the other group are also those who
use it for on topic posts, and like to have the things all in the one place.
I myself have not looked at the description as to who started this one and
why, but as it was unused it seemed open for use by people.
So lets have some juicy topics.
I'll ask the question you posed.
What attracts female posters, or is it not like that really, in that male
and female post all over the place these days, and nobody worries about the
sex of the poster any more.

Post by OpheliaForgive me - but I am new here, the forum has been recommended by a friend. I
notice that there are not many posts from the fairer sex ;-) Could you tell me
if many ladies post here. If they do, then I would love to join the forum.
Will I be welcome though?
TIA
